You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for exchange or refund. We will work with you on a case by case to determine the best solution. In most cases, we require images of the work to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. We suggest using the same shipping box and packaging to return items for exchange. Buyer is responsible for all returned and exchanged shipping costs and items must be insured and received undamaged.
Your refund will be processed within four weeks after determining what defect, if any, is as a result of workmanship or materials. Defective items do not need to be returned. If your order is received damaged, we will work with you to file a claim with the carrier. You should refuse a package that appears damaged. - Document any obvious damage to the outside of the package and that there is adequate packaging. We make no claim to guarantee that your claim will be approved.
Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, we are expanding in order to fulfill international orders as soon as possible. Thank you for you patience.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
