You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for exchange, or partial refund excluding shipping costs; this excludes, but not limited to, items that have been received damaged, accidental breaks, or material defects. - We promise to work with you, case by case, to determine the best solution and satisfaction. In most cases, we require images of the work to be emailed to email@example.com
We offer free replacement for up to 1 year from date of purchase should a material defect develop. Specifically, our porcelain clay body and glazes are designed to be free of: dunting, shivering, and crazing. Because variables can exist with using raw materials, it is not impossible. If a piece develops any of these defects, we will send a replacement piece depending on its severity and appearance of the overall piece. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a refund for defective items.
Defective or damaged items do not need to be returned. If your order is received damaged, we will work with you to file a claim with the carrier. You should refuse a package that appears damaged and return it to the carrier to start a claim. We ask that you take pictures, and document any obvious damage to the outside of the package. Also, document that there is adequate packaging if you open the box. We make no guarantee that your claim will be approved by the carrier.
Buyer is responsible for all returned and exchanged shipping costs including a 40% restocking fee. We suggest using the same shipping box and packaging to return items for exchange or refund if still in good condition. The buyer may choose their preferred return shipping. Items must be insured and returned undamaged. We will refuse packages that appear damaged.
Your partial refund, exchange, or replacement will be processed within 4 to 6 weeks once we've receive the returned item or have accepted your claim.
Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, we are expanding in order to fulfill international orders as soon as possible. Thank you for you patience.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We ship using USPS Priority, Parcel Select, and FedEx Home Delivery.
